Even though I KNOW rice makes me sick (it swells), I ate some anyway. Getting sick does not deter me from eating stuff I shouldn't. I just don't learn. Add some chicken breast to that rice and you get: rice + DRY grilled chicken breast + eating in a hurry = PAIN!!!!!!!! It feels like someone shoved a brick in my chest. Now boys and girls, learn from this. Don't be like me. I'll never learn... PLUS, I once again INSISTED on ordering my own plate and now have enough leftovers of the stuff to feed all the RNYers in SC. I guess we know what hubby is having for dinner...

Bless you heart. I had that happen a couple of days ago when I tried to eat some of Chef Ed's chicken!! THe pain was terrible. It took it almost 30 minutes to pass on through! Then I was really hungry since I only ate a few bites before it got stuck! Not fun! Well, at least dinner is already ready for DH!! Have a good weekend! Rachel

Oh my! That is THE WORST feeling!! I hardly ever eat meat, just for that reason. I'm too afraid of the stuck feeling! I've just recently tried again...it is a little better, but I still barely eat any. Now if only I'd feel an ill effect from carbs and sugar!! ~Elizabeth
