ME, ME!!! Love em' Can't recommend them enough!! I did chewables for the first 3 months, then capsules now. I had to cut back to 1 pkg per day instead of the 2 they say because of kidney stones, but my bloodwork still comes back good. I think Lady D does too. Deb

Yep, I sure do. I also like Optisource chewables that you can get from Walgreens. Both are specially-formulated for gastric bypass patients for better absorption. I went nearly 10 months with unbelievable exhaustion after GB surgery. I started on Optisource & felt 75% better ... Then, I tried Vsta Vitamins with chelated minerals & I have to say that I felt even better. I also take extra sublingual B-12 & calcium citrate, plus some other things ... For the first time in 25 years, Doc says that my labs are great - even better than his are! God bless ... Dawn & Nick

Thanks a bunch for the info on vitamins.think i will oder the vista brand. i am scheduled for surgery 11/17,don' know time yet. Dr. Morgan is doing my surgery. thanks again ted in ravenel
