Went to Dr. Byrns today . I have lost 56 lb. .He said I am doing fine and wants me below 200 in three mo.

WOW, he seems to be getting more strict with the emails I have seen about his numbers I made it!! That is an incredible loss!!!! No worries, you will make it!!!! First thing I thought was...has it been 3 months already already??? WOW!!! WAY TO GO!!!! Deb
