Addresses

I was working on an address list for the Upstate group, but things came up and that little project got pushed aside...SOOOOOO.... I was thinking everyone could just e-mail me their addresses and I would work on it this weekend. PLUS we could incorporate all of SC OHer's on it and maybe I could get it out to everyone in time for Christmas cards/ Holiday greetings. No pressure to participate. but if you want to, just e-mail the following info to [email protected] : Name Address Phone #(s) e-mail address Surgery date (or status) Birthdate (you don't have to put the year ) Hopefully I can get all this together by Monday or Tuesday.
