Let's swim or dance???

Ladies , I was talking to Beth last night and here is the info I found out! We can take a dance class at Fred Astairs on Haywood rd look at www.scdance.com. Phone number is 254-0809. Intro price is 3 1/2 hour private lessons and 1 dance for 40.00 per person. I called the YMCA in Sville, for a single parent family (I am one) is 47 a month but there is a 100 reg fee. I spoke to a lady named Maryann @ 963-3605 and they have a special sometime in December where they waive that fee. She will know after 12/5/06. They have water aerobics M, T, and Thursday nights at 6:45. We would have to miss some meetings but I guess they would forgive since it is exercise. Anyone interested? I need a buddy or some buddies to go with! I know this sounds insane but I wish I could find one of those dance classes they have in California where they teach you how to dance with a pole, now I don't want to be a stripper but they say it is great exercise and your man will appreciate your lessons..lol Patti

I would love to join with you and do the water aerobics. Keep watching for the fee wavier in December and let me know when we can sign up. I need the exercise and that is a lot easier than regular aerobics. Mary

I'm in CA and can't find those pole dance classes, although I said to my pastor's wife back in SC...who teaches regular dance classes, that she should teach one!! She said she would if she could get the poles....as its always a blessing to bless your hubby!!! I can only find tap dance classes, which I was taking until I hurt my foot and then had surgery.....so after my plastics I want to go back...it was a blast!! If I find out about a pole class here, I will tell you guys....maybe! Deb

I'm already taking water aerobics at the Middle Tyger YMCA on Tuesday and Thursday nights from 5:45-6:30. If you wanna drive to Duncan to join me, come on? Rachel
