got up this am, I have been on a stall for 4 weeks now got on scale yeaaa 189.00 yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa yeaaaaaa so happy I have been drinking 2 quarts of water a day loading it on wow it helped !!!

Yahoo Rebecca!!! Me too at 189!!! Isn't the Lord good...I hated that stall I was on too!!! I increased my food and it helped. Gota remember to eat even though meat is not my friend. I am so happy for you and totally understand how you feel.
