HAPPY HOLLOWEEN,,WOW MOMENT

Hello all I havent been on in a while,,,was having a stall,,,no fun,,,but I lost 3 today so im happy now,,,but yesterday,,,I went to the store to find something new to pick me up,,clothes,,,,,and I was waring a 30 pants now they are a 20 and I was waring a 4x shirt and now im in an 18 to 16 now wowowoowwwww that made me feel good,, hope everyone else is doing wonderful,,, sandy

hello cynthia, dont worry about the wowo moments there will be more then you can count,,,lol 20lbs,30lbs, 40 and so on,,, when you see your shoes are bigger,,,now how did that happen lol,,,,when you feel a bone that you didnt know you had lol,, when you can tie your shoes,,or get a pair of shoes you have to tie because you only bought slip ons because you could nt see your feet anyway,,moreless touch then,,,when you see you have to move the set up in the car because there is so much room between you and the wheel,,,,,and we can go on and on ,,,,, make a list now of things you will look forward too,, and mark them off as you go down the road to new life,,,,,enjoyed talking with you,, have a wonderful day,, your friend w/ a pouch sandy

yes I am on a stall now but dnt give up we all go thru it when you feel blue just get on the boards it will help we are here for you ok yes shopping is so much fun now

I couldnt beleive how much smaller my clothes were so I measured my self,,,and I lost 41 inches,,,,,,,wwowowowo,,,,,now thats alot,, sandy

That is so great. have been looking for you. I was told that its when we stall that is when our bodys are busy losing the inches. It sure looks like that was what your body was doing. so all the way to the next size. Rose
