SUPERSTAR!

Hey Everybody, I was Dr. Bour's guest last night at his seminar. I couldn't believe it when Lacey called yesterday afternoon and asked me to come speak and be the "surprise" guest in the audience. I almost cried looking at my pic up there on the hugh screen and then looking at myself. The audience just clapped and clapped and clapped. They couldn't believe I had changed so much in 5 months. The size 10 skirt I was wearing was very loose and I even wore a sleeveless sweater. There's a first for everything. Katie and Dr. Bour said my change was amazing. Do you guys remember when you went to the first seminar? Look how much we've all changed since then. That was Feb for me. 247lbs 3X 22-24. Last night I was 152lbs. Med 10 (loose). Even my shoes size has gone from 8 to 7. Just wanted to share a "wow" moment and let all of you who offer so much wonderful support know how much I appreciate it and how important it has been to me. Oh Melony!!! How exciting that must have been!! Would you ever have imagined, as we sat in those pre-op meetings last March, that before the year was over you'd be standing up there talking to folks about your fantastic success???!!! I'm so proud of how far you've come in the few months since we had our surgery ... you look like a MILLION bucks, honey! Dawn
