THE BOWL OF CANDY CORN

I decided a few months ago to remove the candy dish from my desk. I had it there because I enjoyed people coming into my office for a quick social chat and to grab a handful of whatever I had in the dish.. the problem was... it was in arms reach and I would "graze" on chocolates and such all day.. so I moved my cute little kitty-kat candy dish to Brandi's desk...she is my cell mate errr I mean the chick who shares an office with me... ANYWAY... The evil evil Brandi.. filled my candy dish.. with my all time favorite candy....... CANDY CORN and those YUMMY PUMPKINS!! WHY.. WHY DID SHE DO THIS TO ME!! I'm thinking of loosing the nuts and bolts on her chair..

Eat a couple (of handfuls ) for me.... I say indulge while you can. Surgery is not far away. Savor every bit, because it will probably be the last time you ever taste candy corn without wishing you were dead. Just try not to gain any weight before surgery, or else its that much more to lose after!! Kathy

Amen to what Kathy said. I enjoyed 3 months of last suppers and gained about 15lbs. That sucked because I'm just now getting below what I gained on last suppers. Rachel

Funny you mention, I just asked my hubby if a single candy corn would make me dump!! He brought home my 2 favorites!!! TOOTSIE ROLLS and the TOOTSIE POPS suckers I WANT ONE!! As soon as Halloween is over, they are going in the garbage!!!! My new favorite treat is to get a real apple and pour the SF caramel syrup over it and eat it. NOt great, but it helps Deb
