TONIGHT'S LCBBuddies MEETING

I can't be there tonight I have to work!!!! I won't be there for the next few as I fly home to Scotland for 16days on Nov 1st This will be the first time my family will see the new 77pounds lighter me and I also get to see my new nephew Tom who is 5weeks old I hope to see y'all soon.....when I'm 80+ lighter (in a little plateau at the moment) see ya soon Lesley

Have a great trip to see your family! Boy will they be shocked.... These plateaus can be frustrating, I have been on one for about a month......hang in there, it will come off! Susann
