TONIGHT'S LCBBuddies MEETING

I just spoke with Ms Cheryl & Ms Britty ... Both are coming tonight & Ms Cheryl is bringing Mason Tyler as well. Nick & I hope to be there ... What time is as always dependent on when Nick gets off work. Ms Susann spoke with Ms Cheryl last weekend & will be there tonight as well, I do believe. Sooooooooo, come on out & join us! I'll bring some "Oh Yeah!" & some :Rock n Roll" protein bars so y'all can try them ... I can also bring some "Power Crunch" bars (p'butter & the chocolate). If anyone else has some protein products they like, bring some tonight so we can take a bite!!!! God bless y'all ... Dawn & Nick

My boys have a ball game tonight, so I won't be at the meeting. I'm two weeks post-op and I feel great. My energy level has improved greatly. I'm walking every day, getting my protien and Vitamins in, and staying well hydrated. See you guys next week. Eddie
