I'm about 7 months out and even though my weightloss has gotten to a creeping crawl, I was told to stay at 1000 calories and 80 grams of protien. The best way to jumpstart (so I've heard) is to increase the exercise, water intake and the percentage of your calories from protien. One day I'll be good to sticking to that. On Monday...I promise... Kathy
