how can I change pic in this message board

Any advice on how to change the pic on the message boards? The one on there is from 8 weeks after surgery and I really look different now. Thanks...Joan M

GO to your profile. Under "Joan M.'s Profile" it should say "Customize Profile." Click on that link and there should be a link in the Profile category that says "Change my avatar." Click there and follow the instructions.
