1/2 way approved for plastics

I just spoke with BCBS, my breast reduction is approved. The other half is they say that they didn't get the paperwork for the tummy tuck. They did, they are just being dumb. Both procedures were submitted on the same paper. I kept telling the lady that I was talking to "Are you looking at my paper? I am and it has a request for two procedures" My surgeon's office is going to call first thing in the morning. For now I am just thrilled to be even 1/2 way there. Tentative date of 12/1/06, two days after my 40th b-day. Happy birthday to ME!!!! thanks for all of the goods words and wishes Mary

Congrats May!! I know when my doc submitted my paperwork to my ins. company, it had to be on separate pages, so perhaps you need to go ahead and have your doctor re-do the other half separately before they ask for it to expedite it. I am happy for you!! Deb
