OT: Customer Service I just received.

Let me start by saying... I am a Tax Accountant for a local construction company. We have "job sites" all over the USA. I deal with state and local tax offices on a daily basis. I'm not a "SOUTHERNER"... I was born in California and because my father was in the Air Force, we traveled all over the world when I was growing up. I call New Hampshire home, because that is where my father retired.. and I went to High School.So I do NOT speak with a sweet southern accent... I try my best to not come across harsh..in my speech. But being one of those damn yankee's... sometimes.. it just happens. That having been said... I just have the conversation from HELL with some d#@n state employee from Missouri about unemployment taxes. I have never in my LIFE been talked to by an adult in the manor inwhich I was just spoken to. She was RUDE.. belittled me.. and told me NOT to take that tone with her... I swear to you, my jaw hit my desk when those words came spewing out of her mouth... I AM BEYOND PISSED......... ..... ((((( DEEP BREATH))))) .. OK.. I've vented.. I'm going to heat up my Chili I brought for lunch and take deep breaths...GRRRRRRRRRRRR! I'm OK now... Thanks for listening !

I hate people like that. I just say "seems like you have had a terrible day and you are taking it out on me, when you calm down, feel free to call me back...but if you keep that attitude, don't bother". Hard to do, but that is one reason I am no longer a Realtor in CA, and have no desire to be one again!!! pain in the butt people. Just think, maybe she had a divorce or something, and you just happened to be the next person she came across.... I am sorry you had to deal with her. Eat your chili and go for a walk....better to exercise off the energy than to let it eat you up....remember the days we would eat our way to feel better....then we didn't??
