Almost 6 months out
Chell, I will be 6 months out on the 25th of OCt and my weight has slowed down also. I have tried to return to fitday.com and really enter all I put in my mouth...I am shocked when I enter all I have eaten and it is still only 400-500 calories and mostly from protein drinks. So I am trying to up calories so my body doesn't think it is starving to death. Fish for dinner tonight for me and I had oatmeal this morning and protein shake (25g). Keep a log of your food and see if you are eating enough.
And drink plenty of liquids!
