I'm ok. Stayed home with Teagan today. I'm still dealing with those demons, but I'm trying to keep busy. My house is getting clean.
That's a good thing.
I've figured out what is getting me to go off track so easily. I've stopped pre-measuring and preparing my meals in advance. I just grab what is convenient and eat out of the package. BAD thing to do. So this evening when hubby gets home, I will be pulling out my little 4 oz. containers, cooking healthy and measuring portions. Its easier to stop when you have no choice.
But I still am realizing that I definitely have food issues that are still there. I gotta deal with those and I'm still exploring the options. Surgery doesn't solve everything!
I love you guys and I am so glad that you are all there for me. I can really feel the love and it helps me pull through. I don't know how the people without a support system make it through!

Hey Kathy!!
ya know the meals that the "smart ones" come in, the little trays?? I buy the low carb, low sugar, low calorie meals, and when I am tempted to eat bad, or like you conveniently, I grab a Smart One or lean cuisine and save the trays and use that for my meals when I cook.
Marie Calendar's honey roasted chicken...comes with mashed taters, green beans is EXCELLENT, tastes like real chicken. Peel of the skin first, then eat the chicken, and I can usually have about 3 bites of that, and a bite of taters and a few beans and I am full, and its low calorie, so how bad can it be??
Take care, and just try to keep bad stuff out of the house so you aren't tempted...that is my only saving grace
Love ya girl!!
Deb
