PROTEIN BARS

We just about bought out The Vitamin Shoppe of all their protein bars ... Power Crunch, Oh Yeah! & now we're tryin' deb's favvvv ... Labrada - Rockin' Roll nutty peanut, which Carol (GASTRIC BYPASS LONG-TIMER who works at The Vitamin Shoppe) says tastes like a "Payday". We also found Labrada - Lean Body Gold protein bars (caramel cookie twist, caramel peanut butter & caramel almond fudge). Just like the "Oh Yeah!" bars, these are double the calories & sugars, so Nick & I will be sharing them. We'll let y'all know how good they are. God bless y'all ... Dawn & Nick

Yes, we plan on being there! We went out of town last week for a much needed second honeymoon. We are both much more rested and I feel SO much better. Glad to hear your momma is on the mend. As for the Rockin' Roll bars, we just have to take our chances at the Vitamin Shoppe, because so many people love them. They seem to only get one box in at a time and I buy them by the boxful too. Haven't found them anywhere else locally. I'm going to try to find them online, because I'm truly addicted them. I'm with you on the protein. I always have some with me and I tell everyone about it.
