My secretary had some mini small hershey bars.. EVIL WOMAN!!! and I just HAD to try one.. i was like ahh one won't hurt!!! well. now i feel like T TOTAL CRAP!!!!! I wanna puke it out so bad but of course I can't puke now.. so im stuck in misery.. i guess this is a form of dumping? although ive never dumped.. but im sure eating PURE CHOCOLATE can do that to ya??? I even had cold chills a min ago! I feel like im gonna go into a sugar coma or something.. and it wasnt even ALOT! Just A LITTLE bit.. aghhhhhhhhhhhh...... i hate chocolate now

I'm envious. The dumping will be another tool for you to use to make sure you stick to the plan! I can eat a Dark Chocolate Hershey's Kiss ... no problem. Not brave enough to try milk chocolate yet. Hope you recovered by now! Dawn

Next time you are tempted, try SF Dove chocolate pieces ... They are delishhhhhhhhh ... Dark chocolate, dark mint chocolate & dark chocolate w/ strawberry ... Sooo good! Russell Stover also has really good SF candies - their pecan turtles are really good ... &, Ms Carol just told me that there are SF jelly bellies ... Nick loves the hard candies ... SF coffee flavor Check out Wal*Mart ... Good sugar free candy aisle Publix is the best I've found for sugar free cookies ... They even have a SF cake w/ icing in the bakery cold frig. God bless ...
