Please Lord, I hope not! I have been at 254 for 6 days straight now. Lost one lb this last week, and that was last Tuesday. Every week I have had good losses...this is the first slow down. Maybe it is the magic 3 month mark? Seems to me, by reading posts, that many experience a stall at 3 months out. Well, I will keep on keeping on, and hope it goes down SOON! Hope you all are doing well!! Love and hugs, Elizabeth

Elizabeth, the nurse at Dr. Ross' office told us that if you hit a plateau to increase your calcium to 1500 mg. Hope it helps!!! Donna

Hi Elizabeth, I'm 4 1/2 months out and I've stalled twice for 6 days ....usually around my period, so I put it down to water retention. I tried to up my protein the second time. Each time when I start to lose I lose 2 pounds in a day and then another pound the next day. Don't worry keep doing what your supposed to be doing, get your fluids in, it'll restart again Lesley

Stalls can be frustrating but no big deal because not only is it our bodys way of trying to catch up we usually lose inches when we are not losing pounds so take your measurments
