Hey Deb, After our little discussion about the dreaded C word ...... CONSTIPATION I did get those sunsweet prunes (cherry flavored yummy) I have 3 or 4 every morning and although it's early days...so far the results have been promising and I haven't dumped. Hopefully the days of tears on the toilet will be over Thanks lesley

YEAH!!!!!! Thanks, I need to eat mine now!! yes, I don't dump on them either!! I was going to buy the cherry ones when we were in Colorado, but I am so stuck on the orange!! We just got back today from my hubby's 20th reunion at the Air Force Academy, and it was great to see everyone and to "fit in" and not be the "fat chick" at the party. I did not eat them one day because I was going all day to functions and did not want to have a bathroom problem, but now I am paying the price....gotta stay on the prunes!! Dawn deserves the credit, she got me started on them !!! YEAH DAWN!! Deb

Had the same problem & several prunes a day really helps. Although Nick isn't a gastric bypass patient, he finds that fresh grapes, especially the dark red & the black varieties also help with constipation. After gastric bypass, I found I love fresh fruit & can tolerate small amounts without dumping even though I still dump on white carbs & sugars. Geez, don't get me around watermelon ... Oh my gosh, does it hit the spot! God bless Ms Lesley ... Dawn & Nick
