Work is soooo BORING. Someone save me. I decided to go to Walmart at lunchtime. Yes, the one on Woodruff. I know I know... I think my hair is pulling some brain cells along with it as it falls out. I looked for a cheap windbreaker. They had some, but they looked too cheap. I'm cheap, but I don't want it to be too obvious. I bought yet another measuring/mixer plastic container type thing for my protien shakes. Maybe I'll like this one better than the 4 or 5 I have at home... or maybe it will just end up falling out of the cabinet onto my head everytime I open that door just like the other ones. I bought some cute folders and spiral notebooks, not because I needed them, but because they were 15 cents. One day I might just want a pink Supergirl folder and I don't want to regret having NOT bought them or actually paying *gasp* full price for one. I also bought some more workout clothes. I KNOW I haven't worked out in over a month, but when I DO get to working out again I need to look cute. Don't ya think? Of course, I got stuck in the parking lot with the 1 million other people who thought they could run to Walmart at lunch. I got back to work just in time to get the parking space the absolute farthest from my entrance. I had to walk what felt like a mile into my office building followed by three sets of stairs. So my question is, can I count that walk as my workout for today? And if so, do you think it would have been official if I had put my new workout clothes on first? And if I put my workout clothes on before I walk back to my car at 5:00, will that count as my second workout for the day? Kathy

You are too funny. YES...YES...YES I would most definitely count that as exercise for today. Just as I am counting the walk around walmart and bilo in Easley. I am also counting the groceries that I carried in the house as resistance training We are tooo bad!!!!!! Melissa

You sound so much like me at Wal-Mart! I get cute folders with puppys on it, just because. It is nice to know I am not the only crazy person out there. Of course you can count those walks as your excerise. When I do my dog walking, even if it just a 10 minute walk, I count it. Even climbing those stairs count. Julie
