Optifast is making me sick...

OK...leave it to me to have the problems with the optifast...Did anyone else have diarrhea (spelling?) with the optifast. I have been poop already like 3 times. It is like i get the urge and I better run if you know what I mean. TMI!!! I know.... I thinking about calling Chris to see what he suggest. I may just see if I can go on a low carb diet. Rachel

Yep. Heard of that one. Someone else in my optifast group complained of the same thing. Call Chris - though he will probably tell you to give it time. I had migraines that kept me in bed and nauseous the first couple of days. I got NO sympathy from Michelle. Makes sense though. Liquid in = liquid out. Ewwww. Sorry. If all else fails, is Immodium on the "forbidden" list? I'd take that. You still gotta get through your day. Kathy\

Rachel Sorry to hear about the frequent bathroom trips!! It may not be the Optifast. I know there is a stomach bug going around. Yesterday I was having the same problem. Today is not as bad....but still not trusting a fart. I had to sit in a class dor 4 1/2 hours this morning. Talk about torture!!!!! Anyway, if it is the Optifast, your body will probably adjust after a few days. Hang in there kiddo!! NOt too much longer now!!!! Melissa
