Rachel...My Aetna Buddy...Question...

Hey Rachel...I was wondering...I have been on Aetna's website numerous times. Is there a way we can check the status of our paperwork? Just curious if you (or anyone else with Aetna) knew. Thank you so much! Jodie

I was never able to check the status online. I couldn't find anywhere online that let you check your status. I had more success calling. Make sure that you call the pre-certiification number on the front of your card. Good luck Rachel

I didn't have time to check on them. The paperwork went in Monday at 11:22 and the approval was in the mail on Friday. The surgeons office called me Friday morning before we even got our mail and made an appt to see the surgeon. Wow - Aetna was great. Tink
