WTF is up w/ Dr. Bour's office!!???

I'm sure you weren't laughing at anything....more like squeaking!! John told me that we need to meet you tonight with the paperwork. I called the Realtor and left a message that we needed to make the change. She hasn't gotten back to me yet. She is so hard to get in touch with. I'll let you know when I hear something from her. We will meet you tonight regardless. Hope you are feeling better. My throat is offically strep. Starting the antibiotics as soon as John comes home with them!!! Rachel

I know how you feel about the office, I'm really frustrated myself. I leave messages, emails, and I don't get replies back. I hate to come this far and get pissed and quit due to frustration. I told Carmen I needed to know for sure about my surgery date, is it still October 31 or are they waiting to get an earlier date. I was suppose to let my nurse manager know Tuesday so she could arrange the schedule, but Carmen never called me back and never even answered the emails I sent her. So, yeah, I'm saying WTF too! Well, I don't know what else to do about the slackness at the office. Last time I tried to talk to Lacey she told me I have to deal with Carmen and Katie for everything now. But what do you do if all you keep getting is their voice mails or no returns on your calls, no answers to your emails? Hey I'm a phlebotomist and darn good at it too, think they might hire me to do their lab work ? LOL! I wish, I would love to get out of working for the hospital and into a Dr. office. Hugs! Mary

We should check in the classifieds to see if they are even trying to fill that position. Then you could apply for it and we'd have a "go to" person. Then again, do you want them to always be looking over your shoulder to see if you are being compliant or not after surgery? That would be a lot of pressure.. Of course, that would be something someone like me would need. Oh well... Kathy

Hey there, No I could not hear you but I could hear Carmen. The black lady there and she has an unusual name like Satrina or something like that I understood her to be the manager. Maybe she should hear od the problems everyone is having! I see Dr Bour tomorrow, I may enlighten someone then!! I will definatley be at the meeting at Dr Bour's office on Monday, not sure about after! If you cannot go just pop the check in the mail to me, I gave Melissa my card in case you needed my address!!! That really sucks!!! Esp. for us out of towners, who dont know wth we are going in gville!!! LOL.. ill be lost for sure!!! Ask patti, i suck at directions, i cant even go down woodruff and hang a right into the right place haha.. But yes i agree, it takes an act of congress to get something answered, and it took me saying when i called last time to talk to katie or dr bour "LOOK! Theyre about to stick a nuva ring up inside of my vagina and i dont know if its okay or not since it says do not use if you have had major surgery recently and i need an answer NOW!" LOL I think it got her attn.. just a lil bit but i was worried and needed to know, right then.. Good luck with everything, oh yea do we do labs at 3 mths?? i go next week for my 3 mth visit, and dont recall the lab being done until 6 mths right?? I swear im having short term memory loss!!! No labs at 3 months. These were my first labs. What sucks is that I live in Greenville and still had trouble finding them! I even Mapquested it! Well, at least I won't be in a rush when I look for the Lab Corp office that is open on Saturday. I can't wait to get this all out of the way. I hate to have something hanging over me that needs to be done. Kathy

I am not sure why they could not have had LabCorp pickup your blood from that Lab and then had LabCorp run the tests. Or let you get your blood and bring it to LabCorp.
