went to Dr. for 1 month check up

He said I was doing good. I lost 37 pd. Was hopping for more but that scale would not go for the big 40. So I am happy with 37.

are you kidding me?? 37 is awesome!! I can't remember what my total loss was...maybe like 30 or less??? Can you ever remember a time when you lost more than 30 in one month???? GREAT JOB!!! Rose...that is great!!!! You will be able to tell inches so don't let the scale be your guide. I weigh 206 this morning and am wearing size L and XL and that never happened when I was at small weights before. The inches melt and so will the pounds. Keep sipping and get the protein in.
