Sooo exicted, again!!!

As you all know, I already posted that my first nut class is the 27th. Well, my surgeon's office called yesterday and told me that my cardiac clearance (?) is July 28th!!!! Yea...one more appointment made!!! I cannot wait.

I'm so happy thing's are moving along well for you. I have my surgeon consult 8/2 and my last class will be 8/10

Classes are a breeze. Barbara is very good on the exercise. In spite of what they say at the beginning, there aren't any tests until the end. Just be sure to have your handouts on the nutrition part for your second class. She hands out the whole 6 weeks at once. It's a fun time.
