Thanks for all the info and support I'm ready to go. My sister is coming in next week to care for me after surgery what is the recovery time before going back to work. I teach in Berkely county so we go back on Aug 8th and the kids go back Aug 14th I want to be bakc to work by the 8th. I have been going in to work in my room all this week and set up so i won't have too much to do after surgery but there is always a mad rush till to first day of school. it's goign to be hard not buying new clothes but I'm going to save my money to buy some smaller sizes when i need them. That's what i'm really looking forward to the most

Good luck with your surgery. I had mine June 9th but had to have a second one because of the dastardly drain getting infected. The second surgery was far worse than the first. Nevertheless, you'll do great and don't push yourself too hard post-op. I'm just starting to feel "normal" (whatever that might be) again. I still get tired easily but that could be due to my age as well as not getting in enough food. I'm still at the three bites and I'm full part. I understand that lasts for about three months. (Then you can get in four bites!) Again, good luck and welcome to the loser's side.
