HELP MY TUMMY HURTS AGAIN!!

this is the second time this week that my tummy has gone nutso on me. i was fine and then i ate my lunch. it was from chef ed so it was an ok food. oh it hurts...... i need sympathy. i hate a stomach ache so much. blah. i had a few sips (not through a straw) of diet coke the other day at the movies and the carbonation about killed me but that is all i did bad. today i have been so good. what can i do??

Take some Gas X. Or Maybe you have to poop? A stool softener. Whenever I get a tummy ache now it is because of gas or going too long without a BM. I got a horrible tummy ache the other day from having part of an orange - about 1/8th. I wanted to pass out. First (and last) time I had an orange since surgery. Hope it goes away soon. Kathy

thanks. i don't get constipated. just the opposite. TMI i know but that's the truth. i just read about you throwing out chef ed's meals. i really think that is what did it. he said 2 weeks but it just didn't taste right. anyway, about the kids on the other post, i don't blame them they are young (major brats mind you but still little). it is these wacky moms. i have never seen anything like and believe me, i am a BEAR when it come to my babies. oh well, it takes all kinds right?

OMG, I was just reading all of your surgery dates and they are ALL this year. Tummy pain. Well, as an old timer 10 monther. Sometimes it was that I had to poop Sometimes I ate the wrong thing and "paid the price" We all learn to LISTEN TO THE POUCH!!! Sometimes it just hurts. Take some Pepcid AC. It's OK to take. Diet coke??? Let me smack you girl. Bad girl, bad girl, bad girl. You know the rules!!! NO SODA!!! OK I'll get off my soapbox now. Looking forward to the meeting Thursday, Nancy from California

oh i know i was bad and trust me. it ain't gonna happen again. can't wait to meet you thursday either. those meetings are so much fun. and after this mini holiday i need it. my neighbors are a soap opra i wish i wasn't in.
