Coming to South Carolina

Hi everyone I am from California. But this morning my mother who lives in Enoree called me to tell me that my brother is in Spartanburg Medical Center dying of metastatic CA. So....I am on a plane tonight to SC. I will be missing all of my support meetings here in California too. So I was wondering what support meetings are available in the Greenville/ Spartanburg area. Nancy, I am originall from Poway, CA and moved to Cayce, SC outside of Columbia. I was the caregiver for my mother-in-law for 4 years with cancer and can understand some of the heartache you are experiencing. As for support meetings...my area would be too far for you but I am sure someone from Greenville or Spartanburg will contact you. Email me if you'd like. Hi Nancy, I'm soooooo sorry to hear about your brother. I will keep your brother, you, and your family in my prayers. We have a support group that meets about every 2 weeks or so. We won't be meeting again until after the 4th of July. We would love to have you join us. Our friend Melissa usually post to ask us for suggestions of when and where. I'm never any help but she manages to get us all together despite ourselves So God willing, I hope we get a chance to have you honor us with your presence before you return to Sunny California. Hi Nancy, I am so sorry for your brother and family. I will be praying for you. I am going to California, moving next month....sad to leave SC.
