Seen Dr Byrne

Hi everyone, I went for my hospital appintment today, and I've lost 27 pounds!!!! I'm VVVV pleased. I'm seeing a bit of a difference in my clothes but my scrubs i wear to work are very loose...I like that feeling . I have to work tonight or else I would come to the LCBB meeting, but I'm off next thurs so I'll see y'all there. Ooh I meant to say thanks to Lady Dawn, she told me a bout the carb countdown fat free milk..Im now addicted to it...It's so much better to taste than skim milk. Lesley
