Need protein advice

how are you feeling? I use designer whey natural (unflavored) protein, the vitamin shoppes Whey Tech Chocolate and 100 %Whey Gold Standard Vanilla ice Cream. What I did when I was first out was put a half scoop of unflavored in my chicken broth(couldn't taste it), would add a half of scoop of chocolate or vanilla to my puddin. I can barely taste the protein. These two are my favorite. I would be glad to meet you in mauldin and give you a few samples. The chocolate has 17g of protein, vanilla has 24g protein, and the unflavored has 19g. The vanilla has 1gram sugar 3g carbs. The chocolate has 2g sugar and 3gram carbs. Unflavored has 2gr sugar and 2gram carbs. When I make my protein shakes I use a splah of 1% milk and crushed ice, I always add half a scoop of the unflavored to give it more protein and blend it up in my magic bullet. I love them. sometime I will add a half packet of splenda to the vanilla, its not very sweet. Good luck,

no protein advice. all i can stand is the healthwise pineapple/orange but i dilute it in 20oz. of water so that won't help you now. i forced the jello down the first week. hang in there and get that protein. easier said than done i know i know. but believe me it will keep you feeling sooooooooooo much better. hang in there honey.

I dont' know if my advice will be much help. I just tried many different flavors. I could not stand any of the clear liquid protein, so it was easier to just drink different flavors. I really couldn't get anything down a second time after knowing what it was going to taste like. Trying something different each time at least let me get in some of the requird protein. Hang in there...it gets better on full liquids!!!!
