Awww!
I got a big ole envelope in the mail yesterday from Hillcrest Hospital. It was stuffed with all the E-cards I was sent during my stay last week! Better late than never, huh!
Thank you
Jennifer, Phyllis, Pam (TWO cards!), Darquise, Suuz, and Stephanie!
They are all so beautiful and I appreciate you taking the time to let me know you were thinking of me.
THANK YOU!!!!!
Dawn

Hi Melissa
I did a short update on my profile about my appointment this afternoon. The Reader's Digest Version:
1. I still have my drain ... 4 weeks and TWO days, as of tomorrow.
2. I will be at Hillcrest at 8:30 AM tomorrow for an Upper GI.
3. After Dr. Bour gets the results of that, I MIGHT be called into the office tomorrow afternoon to have my drain "advanced out about 2 inches".
4. Dr. Bour called me "Our Enigma". Not the most comforting nickname in the world.
5. I know he's taking very good care of me, even though I still can't eat and I still have my drain, and now I have new symptoms that are scary to me ... he tells me not to worry. I'm trying.
I'll try to post again after I know something new.
Dawn

Hi Dawn,
I hate hearing that things are still going very slow for you
. I just hope and pray all goes well with the upper GI
. I am wiggling my nose right now as we speak to see if maybe that will work
.
Call me tomorrow after you know something. I will be thinking about you at 8:30
You can do it...You can do it!!!!!!!!!
Lots of love coming your way
!!!!!!
Melissa
