Im a LOSER NOW!!!!!

YAY It is OVER.. I am so glad to be on this side and not waiting and dreading it. My anesthesiologist was so GOOD.. he held my hand and rubbed my hair and calmed my so good. Before that I got sick and was throwing up stomach acid from my panic attacks, the nurse had to go ask Dr Bour if he could still do surgery because he has canceled some before.. and he said go ahead and get me ready.. Thank God because I didnt want to go through all of it over again! I woke up in pain, more pain than from my gallbladder and appendix surgery. I was suprised to see he didnt go through my belly button.. which is good since I have had 2 through there before. My upper left under my boob is hurting pretty bad.. Almost like a lung or rib hurting. They said it was the air and all in there. I got up and walked about 2 and didnt make it very far. My surgery only lasted 1 hour 20 min, which is great considering he said probably 4 since my previous surgeries.. Right after i came in my room 2 SWEET ladies showed up for a visit. Melony and Sherry. You two are awesome thank you so much for coming to see me! They look great for 1 month out!!! I was trying to call Patti's room number, because she didnt know my last name and couldnt find me, and at the same time she walked in my room! She finally found me. her mouth was blue from food coloring and she had just got her ice at 3 or 4! My mouth is SOOO Dry its killing me. My eyes are going crossed trying to type this so I am going to cut it short. I told Patti that even if she didnt wanna be that her and Dawn were my angels!!! hahaha... They have been my inspirations through everything.. All of you are s in my eyes!!!! LOVE YALL!!! ALL the Glory be unto the LORD our GOD!!! Jennifer p.s i am in room 226! last name is Reeves

Wow! I can't believe you are typing and you just had surgery this morning. I think you were at the Pre-Surgery meeting last night. Is that correct? I was there to and wanted to speak to you but I had to leave. I was the one who asked about the Jello Shooters!! LOL!! Anyway... I am so happy for you that you are on the losing side. i am so glad to see you writing. i put a quick update on the board about you, patti, and elizabeth. i am so glad you are doing well, although i wish you hadn't been in pain. i wanted to come back this afternoon but i didn't get back from anderson soon enough. you guys were on our minds at group tonight!! take care and i will see you tomorrow! hugs, sherry
