OK...I am officially ticked at my computer!! I am trying to post my picture as an icon and for some stupid reason I can get it to shrink it enough to work. It only lets me get it to about 150 pixels. It has to be no more than 100. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!

I was having the same problem. I ended up scanning a picture and cropping it. It worked and did not look distorted. If you have the capacity to scan, try that way. I will also be interested to see what others did to see if I can get other pitcures to fit.
