went to the gym 2 days in a row!!
i finally did it. i went to the gym. did 25 mins on the treadmill (2 on the incline) at 3 miles per hour. i worked abs too. today i did 25 mins on the treadmill and 15 on the bike. i got really dizzy and nauseous but i did it. my 2 weeks of plateau have ended as well. i was REALLY late (like 4 weeks) and finally got back on track. i guess the water retention was the culprit. i don't want to say what i lost because i go to dr. b's on 6/20 (see you there melony) and i don't want to ginx it.
