I have been feeling fatigued lately and have been going to the dr. insisting that something must be wrong with me. I kept telling my dr. to feel my lymph node glands, they are so swollen. He never agreed with me about how swollen they are but I could feel them, so I was sure that there was a big problem. finally I came to the conclusion that they are not swollen at all, but for the first time in many years they are not covered by fat. Do any of you other posts ops have similar stories? I would love to hear them!! Mary

You are so right.. I can't believe it has been so long since I update. I've lost 106 pounds in 8.5 months. My highed weigh ever was 280, now I'm 174. I still write down 274 by mistake, its so wonder to be smaller and happer!!!!!!
