You're too funny! Yes, I went to Dr. Bour's last night and stepped on the scale and read 199.6!!!!!!! My clothes are in ONEderland, too. It was five laps this morning . I couldn't help myself. Let's see, that means I started at 247 down to 235.5 when I started Optifast down to 226.6 when I had surgery and now 199.6. So...27lbs. since surgery, almost four weeks ago and 35.9 since Optifast and 47.7 since I first saw Dr. Bour in February. I can't believe it! I'm looking forward to my one month appointment with Dr. Bour on the 20th now. Hugs everybody! Thank you for so much support. Melony
