home from sugery

Hey guys I was on in Janurary and decided to wait for surgery, well I did it on Monday this is my second day home from the hospital so far so good not nausea (Yeah!!) I was done at MUSC by Dr. Morgan and it was ok. It was over before I new anything, Could you all let me know the best protein drink that I could get locally I don't have a credit card right now so I can't orderanything.

Hey Gloria, CONGRATULATIONS!!! Glad to hear that you're doing so well. There are so many protein drinks to choose from. I think what it really boils down to, is what you can tolerate. I tolerated the Isopure Protein Drinks. They have 40 gr of protein per bottle and come in different flavors. I would just sip on those when I was on the clear liquid phase. Hope that helps some. Congratulations on being home from a successful surgery. Glad to hear you are doing well. Walmart carries a couple of different brands of protient drinks/mixes.
