BIRTHDAY

Today is my birthday I ve turned 33. Ive had a great day. My boss gave me a nice present and treated me to lunch and my coworker gave me a nice gift and tonight my husband is taking me out to dinner. He'll probarley get a steak and ill eat off of it or he'll get shrimp and ill help him eat it. I weighed this morning and I am down to 186 lbs. The scales had stopped moving but slowly they are starting to move again.
