I have never been much of a breakfast person. Just having to get up in the morning is hard enough. I am not a morning person. I need some suggestions on easy to prepare, quick but healthy breakfast solutions. I am 6 months out, so I can handle most things. I am not big on oatmeal, yogurt, or milk. Help, please ~Carla 284/213/165 @ 5'11"

Hey there I have just started eating the South Beach High Protien Cereal Bars and I love them. As an added bonus they have 10 grams of protien in each one. Here in the Midlands Bi-Lo has a box of 5 for about $2.50. Give them a try... --Kelly

Hey Kelly, I am from Lexington too and am going to my first weight loss seminar on Tuesday the 6th. Can you give me any advice or just tell me about your experience? Who was your doctor? Who is your insurance company? I hope you don't mind me asking all these questions but, I just want to be as informed as I can be! Thank you so much! Jodie

Hey Carla, I have been making my protein shakes for breakfast. It is quick, easy, and gives a good boost to start your day. It's also not too filling. Hope I've been of some help! hugs, Christine
