Man, when it rains, it pours!! We found out today when Tommy went in for more in-processing with Boeing, that he wasn't quite told all the truth. There seems to be a dis-connection from his direct boss, and the truth. While we could live here and he could commute while he flies for Boeing, but we kinda enjoy being married. He would not be home but once per month, and that is no marriage. So, California I guess, here we come! I am still praying that God will interviene if it is His will, and we won't have to move, but at this point, it seems to be the only way. The airlines just are not hiring and FedEx is not hiring as much either, so even if he did get hired, it would be a year or more possibly before he could start, and then a lot of those guys are flying out of Ankorage Alaska, and we think California, San Diego area, or the OC, is better than the cold and for him, night flying. Please keep us in your prayers as I know the stress is not good for my health, and all of what is going on with the stones and kidneys. I guess I can be a "real housewife of the OC" and we can go live out in Orange County or San Diego which is really close to his dad and stepmom, so at least we would be near family. I am just so confused with my life right now...never imagined I would be in California of all places we could retire to, and not to mention the bagillions of $$ it will cost to buy or rent a home. I love all my LCBB buddies, and I would hate to leave you guys too!!! WELL, better hit the hey, as Barbara will be here bright and early to pick me up and off to MUSC we go. I promise to post after I get back and if I find out anything from the docs. Love and kisses and sweet dreams to you all!! Well, you guys would all have a free vacation spot if we have to move to CA, I can see us going on a cruise to Hawaii or somewhere, could be fun!! Nite Nite Deb

We have a Bday comig up you know, YOu will have to call me so that we can try and do something before you go. Good wishes for a safe and easy move. You will be missed Lots.

Wow! That would be a HUGE change! I have family in Cali, and it is SOOO expensive to live there. The taxes are horrible. Sounds like you don't have a choice...you are right...him only coming home once a month, won't be much of a marriage! Praying God grants you peace with your decision! ~ Elizabeth

OF COURSE WE'LL PRAY THAT Y'ALL DON'T HAVE TO MOVE! I LIVED IN MODESTO, CA FOR 19 YEARS & ABSOLUTELY LOVED THE STATE, BUT IT IS DEFINITELY EXPENSIVE TO LIVE THERE & MORE SO NOW. I STILL TALK TO MY EX & IN THE MID-STATE, LIVING COSTS HAVE SKYROCKETED ... OF COURSE, SAN DIEGO & ORANGE COUNTY ARE MEGA BUCKS, I'M SURE YOU KNOW THAT. IT'S A TOTALLY DIFFERENT LIFESTYLE ... EVERYTHING IS IN HYPERDRIVE ... FAST, FAST, FAST, BUT THERE IS JUST SOMETHING SPECIAL ABOUT CA. YA GOTTA LOVE IT!!! I ESPECIALLY LOVED THE NORTHERN PART AS I'M NOT AN "LA GIRL" ... GIVE ME THE TALL PINES & LAKES ... EVEN THE COAST ... SAN FRANCISCO HAS THE BEST RESTUARANTS ... THE WHOLE STATE HAS SOMETHING SPECIAL IN IT NO MATTER WHERE YOU GO. IF YOU DO HAVE TO MOVE, AT LEAST YOU'LL HAVE FAMILY THERE! GOD BLESS Y'ALL DAWN & NICK

Deb, I know it's hard to leave what is familuar to us, and even harder when we have friendships that we care about. But when one door closes...God opens another. A new location doesn't meen you have to let go of those special people...that just gives those special people reason to travel Tonya
