YOU COULD HAVE KNOCKED ME OVER WITH A FEATHER WHEN I FOUND OUT I SHOULD BE DRINKING 118 OZ A DAY ... OH MY GOSH, NOT GETTING ANYWHERE NEAR THAT.
SOME OF THE GIRLS ARE SAYING THAT THEIR WEIGHT LOSS IS INCREASING AS THEY ARE DRINKING MORE FLUIDS.

I knowwwwww ... I was really blown away by the amount of fluids it says I have to drink DAILY!!! Oh my gosh! I've started drinking more using Crystal Lite. I like major flavor so I even combine 2 flavors to a bottle of water just to tempt me to drink more, but I'm still way low.
Lady D, maybe this is my problem. I am not getting even half of that in! I have been very lax in getting in my fluids, and I have noticed that my Wl is stalling again. I am lucky if I get in 40 ozs. a day. Could this also be the reason for my, uhm.... system running sluggish? As in once a week, if I'm lucky.
I'M KINDA WONDERING THE SAME THING, MS CHRISTINE ... I'M LIKE EVERY 3 DAYS SO THAT COULD ACCOUNT FOR SLOWER WEIGHT LOSS, I'M SURE ... LIKE YOU SAID, IF OUR SYSTEM IS RUNNING SLUGGISH ... ALSO, MORE PROBLEMS WITH CONSTIPATION (SORRY) THE LESS I DRINK ... BETTER, THE MORE I DRINK. SO, MAYBE WE'VE HIT ON SOMETHING HERE.
BUT, YOU WILL STILL HAVE STALLS & SLOW WEIGHT LOSS PERIODS NO MATTER WHAT WE DO ... THE BODY JUST NEEDS TO REBALANCE ... BUT, I'M WONDERING IF WE ARE CAUSING MORE OF THEM & LONGER STALLS & NOT AS RAPID A WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY BY NOT FLUSHING OUR SYSTEMS OUT WITH FLUIDS.
MS BARBARA HAS ALWAYS SWORN BY WHAT I THOUGHT WAS MEGADOSING ON FLUIDS, BUT I MAY HAVE THAT WRONG & SHE MAY BE 100% RIGHT ... SO, LET'S TRY TO DRINK, DRINK, DRIN****IL WE FLOAT!

I, too, love your new picture! You look fabulous, darlin!
I stepped on the scale yesterday, and I actually had gained three pounds! Arrrggghhh! How can that be? (except that I haven't "gone" in about a week) I am back to starting my day with the protein shake. If I don't start out my day by having it first thing, I find that I keep putting it off until I actually don't even have it and that's my main source of high protein. I am also trying to drink like crazy to boost my fluid intake. I am also going to go back to measuring everything I eat.
My daughter's boyfriend left this morning to go to his mom's in GA for the summer, so she and I have a pact to begin walking together today.
I hope to get more motivation and tips tonight at LCBB.
