248/165/5lbs from goal! That's 83 lbs GONE in 5 months! Wearing size 12 and some 10s! I really don't want to lose much more..I'm 5'9"..how did that happen..pre-surgery, I was 5'8"! I've feeling wonderful, at last!

I love your new picture, Dawn!!! LOOK AT YOU!!! Wow! You look so beautiful! You did before too, but I didn't recognize you in this new picture at first! I have a couple loads of film to develop from my cruise to MX last week..I'll Post one of me when I do.. I think what helped my attitude most was this trip. I feel so much better about myself and even eating everything I did that week, I lost another 5lbs on top of the 5lbs I'd lost just a week before! I couldn't believe my eyes when I got on the scale!

Tonya, Put me down for 16 pre-op pounds gone. Next month, those 16 pounds will be added in with whatever I've lost post-op!!! Don't care if Dr. Bour does it that way or not ...
