Hey Melony, Girlfriend, we count it all!!! If you cut your toenails, if you get a haircut...with me if I shave my legs and pits( I have a lot of hair). Are you laughing? Stop it!! I'm working on the hair problem You know I'm kiddin' right? For real Melony, I'm kidding! I compute that to be 29.6 lbs lost, and since its over 1/2 a lb, we round that to the nearest lb, which comes out to be 30lbs. I know, I you too!! CONGRATULATIONS Darlin'!!! Tonya

Hey Tonya! I'm back from a very trying week with the in-laws in Michigan. I am down 48 lbs. to date and even though it isn't quite 50, I bought myself a COACH bag to celebrate! SO, I'll be shopping in Goodwill, but I'll be carrying a Coach bag!! At least I won't change sizes in that! Kathy
