Looking for a pen pal....

Just looking for someone that might have had surgery (prefer lap band) with Dr. Bour in Greenville. I have some questions.

Did you consider lap band? I hear that a lot of people consider lap band and then change their mind in the information session. What kind of pre-op diet did you have to follow? How are you doing? Tell me all the details...

Hi, I did not have the band, but I know our hospital is offering it now. If you want to want more info on the procedure/and the doctor, I think I remember Amanda, our nurse practitioner at MUSC, Charleston, talking about it. You may want to contact her via MUSC and just ask for more info, people etc... and she can point you to a support group locally in state and info about the doctors.
