Changes in my Life!!

Hey Ya'll You guys know that I work at Krispy Kreme. I have been the office manager, handling routes and closing retail, etc. I also did some traveling doing store audits for our divisional manager. I did a lot of work without getting the pay or recognition for doing so (not to mention that the position of office manager is basically obsolete within the company). The position of assistant manager became available about the time that I was having surgery and I knew that I physically couldn't do the job. But they hadn't been able to fill it and they did an internal posting again. Since I have dropped 63 pounds now and feeling better than I had, I decided to apply for it......and now I am the new assistant manager at Krispy Kreme in Greenville!! Now the fun begins!! My schedule will be wacky...I will be working 3rd shift for several weeks (need to learn how to make cake doughnuts), then possibly 2nd shift for a few weeks (need to learn how to make yeast doughnuts)....then I don't know what. I'd kind of like to keep 3rd (once I get used to it) so that I can keep some kind of normal life after work (still make meetings, choir, etc. before heading to work). I'm such a perfectionist at work, and my biggest fear is that I won't excell in this position as I have as office manager. So, please keep me in your prayers that I won't go nuts!! Also, my son graduated from high school on Wednesday!! So, hopefully I will be able to keep some kind of a sleep schedule while he is at home!! Hugs, Dianne

Yeah Dianne You deserve this so much. There is no chance you won't excel. It just doesn't exist. You'll adapt to the change in schedule and then things will even out for you. You know what we talked about at the meeting. Our little friend we take that helps with perfectionism, fear, going nuts, etc. See your doctor! The sky is the limit, Dianne. I'm excited because you are walking through a door that God has opened for you. It's as if that position was sitting there just waiting on you. I just love God Dianne, you'll excell...even beyond what you can imagine. Why? Because with God the possibilities are limtless, and I see God in YOU!!! Dianne, That is so wonderful for you. God always takes care of our needs and i'm sure that you will be wonderful in your new position for he kept that door open for you. Does this mean free Krispy Kreme at our meetings lol I wish if you could only just eat 1. Hugs Marcey
