First Post Op Clinic visit
Well I've lost 13 pounds!!!!! 
I've to go back in a months time, everything is going well...still not managing to get to 60grams of protein. I usually get about 45 ish
but I'm working on getting more active been taking short walks.
Can someone refresh my memory...when are the support group meetings at MUSC and also where do the LCBB meet?
I'm looking forward to meeting some fellow "losers"

Hi Lesley. Congratulations on the weight loss...that is WONDERFUL!!!
The LCBBs meet on Thursday night at JC's Bar and Grill from 6 to 7:30ish - or whenever we get tired of talking. Cheryl (the owner) is a bypass patient of Dr. B's and she has made up a special menu just for us......
JC's is on Ashley Phosphate Road - going towards Dorchester Road it is on the right. It is in the same strip mall as the Food Lion and Curves.

LCBB meets every Thursday at JC's off of Ashley Phosphate Rd, next to Windsor Hill subdivision, and Food Lion shopping center.
MUSC is the 3rd Thursday of the month, was last week...I did not go.
Hope to see you this Thursday at 6pm, but some of us get there early to beat traffic and get a good seat

There is a great soport group at JC on ashley phphate in the Food lions plaza. They meet every Thursday night from 6-7. but it mostly last longer cause the people are so friendly and answer any questions you have. There are pre op, post op and just thinking girls there and a few hubbies. Hope to see you there . It is informal and we do a lot of huging.
