I was at Wal-mart last night and found these indvidual packets of water flavoring called Fulfil. Just like the crystal light packets you dissolve them in a bottle of water. They have grape, lemon, kiwi strawberry, and black cherry. I got the grape and lemon. The grape taste just like grape propel. YEA I HAVE MY PROPEL BACK. I am so excited. It is vitamin enhanced, which of course probably means nothing. I am so tempted to go buy them out right now. Thought I would share my finding. Hugs Julie

Sugar alcohol is usually ok -- unless you get too much, which can lead to diarrhea (that happens to people who haven't had weight loss surgery, too). I actually take advantage of that little side effect; if I'm getting blocked up, instead of a stool softener, I eat some sugar-free candy. 1g of sugar should be ok, too. Folks have figured out their own "rules" for sugar grams, like less than 5g per serving. I'm really careful, having dumped my one and only time on no-sugar-added Carnation instant Breakfast (which was my protein drink at the time, it was shortly after surgery) with 1 tablespoon of low-carb peanut butter added. Not sure what set it off, but it wasn't pretty. However, I got the Snickers marathon bars after Kelly recommended them, and she's right -- they taste great, and I had no trouble with the sugar. Lisa

Hey Julie, my angel!!! Here's a duh question, but I need to ask; these are sugar-free, correct? Grape is my favorite flavor drink so I have been searching for it. Yay! Thanks, darlin!!! BTW, Target has some, too, but not as many flavors. They have raspberry and strawberry-lemonade, that I bought, and I think peach tea, tea, pink lemonade and reg. lemonade. Keep sharing- it's all good stuff! Hugs! Christine

Yes they are sugar-free.... If you cannot find them at your Wal-mart let me know and I will pick some up for you. I am planning to buy them out. They say dilute in a 16 oz bottle, but I diluted in 32 oz or more. Julie

I LOVE grape! I am so excited! I used to live on Grape Kool-Aid in the summer, so I am doing the happy dance to know I can still have my grape drinks! Now, Susanne, is this water-enhancer a liquid? Is that what the liqui-packs are? And the ones you found, Julie, they are in the powdered form, too? I will check out Walmart and Target this weekend to see what I can find. Gotta run to drive "Miss Daisy" to school. Thanks for the news! Yay! Hugs. Christine

Since I spent the day at the hospital yesterday, my mom looked for them for me. She could not find the individual packets at our Walmart, so she got the ones that make 2 quarts, and I will do what you do with the bottles, and just store them in the fridge. Thanks for the idea! hugs, Christine
