Whew!! I couldn't find anyone!!!

Took me a couple of minutes to figure this new format out!!! How is everyone doing? I am so sorry to hear about Ms. Cheryl's hubby, that is so sad! I am glad to know he is doing better!!! Prayer works!!! Just wanted to pop in and say hello! We went last Wed to Oklahoma to pick up my son from college and I have been very busy since we got home late Saturday afternoon. Hope to be there on Thursday!! Oh, here is a bit of good news.....my hubby got hired by Boeing to fly the C-17 out of Long Beach, CA, but we get to live here and not move, so that is awesome!! I am sooooooo glad we don't have to move!!!!!!!! Let me know how everyone is doing!! I gained like 3 lbs on our trip, so that has to be due to water retention, and I am back down to 180lbs...not the 179 I got to, so I am bouncing between pounds now, which lets me know I need to pump up my water!!! She comes on every morning back to back....Daily Workout and Fit and something...but I prefer the Daily Workout as it is more aerobics based and the other one is more floor exercise/yoga/pilates..so I don't do that one. She is on around 7am or early, and I DVR it and last night I did 2 different ones back to back so I got an hour of aerobics...its hard to do in my bedroom, but it is the only place big enough to do it. I ordered Gilad, and his tapes should be here this week, he is the Israeali guy that was really popular in the 80's and 90's from Hawaii, and always works out on the beach. Denise Austin does her stuff on different Caribbean beaches all the time too, I enjoy that atmosphere, ocean in the background, I love watching the waves as I am sweating. Have Fun!!
